My sister and I did a honey taste test at the Yolo County Food Festival - orange blossom was by far the sweetest kind. We asked the honey guy if he could put some bee boxes in our orchard and he was happy to, because the orange blossoms make his bees stronger for the almond harvest. So in exchange for housing his bees for a couple of months, he gave us this honey. Thank you bees!
